How much space can I take?

We tend to deal in palletised goods on an industrial scale. We have had requests from anything as little as 10 pallets to as many as over 10,000 pallets. In square footage we do not go below 1,000sq ft.

Why should I use Stowga?

How short is ‘short term’?

Stowga will find warehousing for anything down to just one week. It doesn't have to be imminent either, if your business needs seasonal storage you can book any point in the future with us. Just tell us when and we will sort it out.

Also, it does not necessarily have to be short-term. We have placed clients in spaces they expect to take for three years or more, it's just that we offer them the flexibility to terminate their contract at short notice.

Access to the warehouses

The service starts and ends at the warehouse. The warehouses are operated by professional logistics companies, typically haulage and warehousing companies or third party logistics providers (3PLs). They can hand handle all receipt, handling and dispatch (RH&D) and often pick up and delivery.

Do I have to sign a lease?

No. We allow businesses to rent warehouse space short term through a service agreement and not be committed to long term leases. The warehouses are run by logistics companies or owner-occupiers so there are no leases involved and the agreements can be in place for as long or as little time as you want.

How does the pricing work?

Stowga charge a commission fee as a percentage of the transaction.

What’s the legal arrangement?

All service providers on the Stowga platform adhere to either UKWA or RHA standard conditions. Every transaction is covered by a service level agreement specific to the transaction.

Where are the warehouses?

On our books we have over 4,000 warehouses spread all over England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland. Those warehouses tend to be operated by professional third party logistics companies (3PLs), warehousing specialists, manufacturers or haulage firms.
